Stephen Drew to see concussion specialist

Stephen Drew is scheduled to travel to Pittsburgh on Tuesday night to meet with a concussion specialist.
The Red Sox left open the possibility that the trip wouldn't be necessary if Drew experiences improvement before Tuesday, but he continues to deal with concussion symptoms. It's increasingly likely that he'll begin the season on the disabled list. Jose Iglesias is the favorite to handle starting shortstop duties during his absence.
