Cards not ready to name No. 5 starter

Shelby Miller will start for the Cardinals Tuesday, with Joe Kelly following him in relief.
The order was the opposite last Thursday in what was supposed to be a final audition for the club's No. 5 starter spot. Clearly, though, the team isn't ready to name a winner just yet. Kelly is perceived to have a slight edge on Miller at this point, but the spot is still up for grabs.
