Pujols could play the field within next week

Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Friday that Albert Pujols (knee) on track to man his position defensively within the next week.
Pujols has already proven that his bat is ready for the regular season, hitting .429 (6-for-14) with a pair of home runs in the Cactus League. Now it's all about his legs cooperating. He progressed to running the bases on Wednesday in Angels camp and has maintained all along that he'll be in the starting lineup on Opening Day.
