Carl Crawford (elbow) plays catch Thursday

Carl Crawford (elbow) played catch from 60 feet Thursday.
It's the first time he's done so since being shut down two weeks ago with tightness in his left forearm, which the Dodgers believe is related to his August Tommy John surgery. Crawford also played in a minor league game, going 3-for-6. Everything's good and I hope to do more tomorrow," said Crawford. The outfielder is still expected to miss at least the first couple weeks of the season, but he's definitely trending in the right direction.
