Casey Kelly likely facing Tommy John surgery

Casey Kelly has micro-tears in the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow and is likely facing Tommy John surgery.
Kelly will seek a second opinion but admitted that he's "prepared (himself) for the worst." The right-hander was shut down for three months of action last season with elbow trouble, and evidently the ligament didn't totally heal. If he does undergo the operation, obviously he would miss all of 2013.
