Joe Savery among those sent down

Phillies optioned LHP Joe Savery, RHPs Ethan Martin and Jonathan Pettibone and OF Zach Collier to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
They also reassigned lefty Adam Morgan and righty Kyle Simon to minor league camp. Savery is the only one of the bunch that had a shot at an Opening Day roster spot, but he's been cut despite three scoreless appearances this spring. He'll be up with the big club at some point this season.
