Logan Forsythe gets injection for foot

Logan Forsythe received an injection Sunday for the plantar fasciitis in his foot.
Forsythe has already missed a couple games and is expected to be out 3-4 more days, though that's probably an optimistic projection on the Padres' part. The infielder has a history of foot issues, which means his recovery could be slower than most. Jedd Gyorko will benefit with more playing time at second base while Forsythe is out.
