Carl Crawford (elbow) takes swings off tee

Carl Crawford (elbow) took 50 swings off a tee on Thursday morning.
Crawford was shut down last week due to forearm tightness related to his Tommy John surgery, so he is slowly ramping things back up. He's expected to take 50 more swings off a tee Friday and will progress from there. At this point, it's likely he'll begin the season on the disabled list.
