Trevor Rosenthal to pitch out of bullpen

Cardinals manager Mike Matheny confirmed Thursday that Trevor Rosenthal will move to the bullpen.
The writing has been on the wall in recent days, so the decision doesn't come as a big surprise. Shelby Miller and Joe Kelly are the finalists for the fifth spot in the starting rotation while Rosenthal will focus on securing a spot in the big league bullpen.
