Martin Perez left Sunday's Cactus League game with a left wrist injury.
Perez was hit by a comebacker and had to be taken to the hospital for x-rays. The extent of the injury hasn't been reported, but this has the potential to be a serious setback. Perez is considered the favorite to open the season as the Rangers' No. 5 starter.
