Brandon Belt continues to sizzle in victory

Brandon Belt continued his sizzling start to the spring, going 3-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI in a 13-9 victory over the Athletics on Friday.
The Baby Giraffe is now 6-for-14 (.429) through his first five games with a homer, four RBI and a stolen base. The longtime, much-hyped prospect continues to show flashes of his tremendous potential and could be ready for a true breakout in 2013. While the power numbers aren't likely to compete with the top tier of first baseman, the ability to chip in double digit steals gives Belt a very high floor.
