D'Backs want to re-open talks with Goldy

Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports that the Diamondbacks would like to re-open extension talks with Paul Goldschmidt.
The D'Backs approached Goldschmidt about the idea several weeks ago, but the first baseman told them he wanted to wait. Perhaps he'll reconsider if the club blows him away with an offer. Goldschmidt isn't arbitration-eligible until 2015.
