Ian Kennedy has been named the Diamondbacks' Opening Day starter.
He's the obvious choice. Kennedy fell back a bit last year after finishing fourth in the NL Cy Young voting in 2011, but he still had a good 4.02 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 187/55 K/BB ratio in 208 1/3 innings. Trevor Cahill, Brandon McCarthy and Wade Miley will follow him in some order, with the No. 5 spot up for grabs until Daniel Hudson returns.
