Felix throws first bullpen session of spring

Felix Hernandez threw his first bullpen session of the spring on Wednesday in Mariners camp.
"I thought he looked free and easy and looked really good for his first time out," manager Eric Wedge said after the workout. "It was nice to see him get off the mound." An MRI taken just before Hernandez inked a record seven-year, $175 million extension revealed some potential issues in the 26-year-old right-hander's pitching elbow. But he is healthy for now and remains a fantasy ace.
