Zack Wheeler to open season at Triple-A

Mets manager Terry Collins confirmed on Saturday that Zack Wheeler will begin the 2013 season at Triple-A.
Wheeler, one of most highly rated pitching prospects in all of baseball, posted a 3.26 ERA while striking out more than a batter per inning across two minor league levels in 2012. While the Mets won't rush him to the MLB stage, expect to see him in the big leagues at some point during the 2013 campaign.
