Yasmani Grandal delivered a statement at Padres camp on Saturday, apologizing once again for his positive testosterone test that led to his 50-game suspension.
Grandal said that he planned to put the mistake behind him, and would continue to work at becoming the best player and teammate that he could be. Regarding his name appearing in the records of the Biogenesis clinic, Grandal declined to elaborate but said that he would fully cooperate in any investigations by Major League Baseball.
