Santana's status for WBC to be decided Mon.

Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said that the team will announce a decision Monday regarding Johan Santana's participation in the World Baseball Classic.
Santana wants to pitch for his native Venezuela in the WBC, but the Mets would prefer that he doesn't participate. It's worth noting that the Mets have veto power in the situation, so it's safe to assume that he'll stay in camp with the team.
