Jenrry Mejia being investigated in D.R.

Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said Wednesday that Jenrry Mejia is still in the Dominican Republic because he is being randomly investigated for his age and identity.
In other words, he's under no suspicion at this time. Mejia will report to the team's academy in the Dominican Republic until there's a resolution. Assuming he eventually gets clearance to come to the United States, he's expected to begin the season as a starter with Triple-A Las Vegas.
