Sabathia to throw first bullpen Thursday

CC Sabathia (elbow) will throw his first bullpen session Thursday.
Sabathia underwent surgery in October to remove a small bone spur from his left elbow, but he's working without restrictions this spring and has full range of motion. The veteran southpaw is expected to be ready for Opening Day and should be considered a top-15 starting pitcher in mixed fantasy leagues.
