Francisco Liriano (arm) needs four more weeks of rehab before he's able to throw off a mound.
Liriano broke his right (non-throwing) arm in December when he slammed it against a door while trying to startle his kids on Christmas morning. The southpaw presumably wouldn't be ready to face hitters right away after the four weeks, so his Grapefruit League innings total figures to be very limited. It's possible the Pirates will DL him at the start of the season, but he figures to be ready by the time they need a No. 5 starter.
