Ramos (knee) able to squat without pain
Wilson Ramos - C - Washington Nationals
Feb. 5, 2013 - 7:30 PM ET

Wilson Ramos (knee) is able to squat down into his catching stance and run without any pain.

Ramos is rehabbing from surgery to repair a torn ACL and meniscus and hopes to be ready when pitchers and catchers report to spring training next week, but doctors are taking a cautious approach to letting him practice. Ramos will share catching duties in the early going this year with Kurt Suzuki, who performed well in Ramos' absence last season.
