Morneau cautiously optimistic about health

Twins slugger Justin Morneau feels strong, but is being cautiously optimistic about his health as spring training approaches.
Morneau wanted to avoid all of the cliches typically spouted around this time of the offseason, such as being in the best shape of his life, but said he's been able to have a normal and healthy offseason for the first time in years. He's also completely over the concussion symptoms that have plagued him since 2010.
