Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports that Miguel Batista has decided to play in 2013, and will make a decision soon on which of four interested teams he will join.
The 18-year MLB veteran is coming off a disappointing 2012 season in which he posted a 4.61 ERA and 1.73 WHIP over 52 2/3 innings between the Mets and Braves. His veteran leadership could play well in a swingman role for teams searching for bullpen depth, but he won't be a factor in fantasy leagues.
