O's Urrutia still waiting on visa in Haiti

Henry Urrutia is still in Haiti, waiting to secure a work visa so that he can make his way to the United States.
The 26-year-old outfielder defected from Cuba last year and landed a $778,500 signing bonus from the Orioles. It's not yet clear whether he'll be able to join the team for spring training. He batted .397/.461/.597 with 12 homers over 305 at-bats in his final season playing in Cuba.
