Dodgers closing in on deal with J.P. Howell

Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports that the Dodgers and J.P. Howell are closing in on a one-year deal.
Nothing is finalized yet, and potential terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed. Howell is the top left-handed reliever remaining on the free agent market and would join a formidable bullpen that already boasts Kenley Jansen, Brandon League and Ronald Belisario.
