Dodgers' Puig to miss Winter Minicamp

Dodgers outfield prospect Yasel Puig will decline his invitation to the team's annual Winter Minicamp, opting instead to remain with his Winter League team in the Caribbean.
While Puig won't attend, Dodgers top pitching prospect Zach Lee will headline a list of 12 prospects in attendance. Eight of the 15 players who participated in 2012's camp appeared in the major leagues at some point during the season, so fantasy owners in deep leagues should surely take notice.
