According to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com, both Matt Kemp and Chad Billingsley have made it to this point of the offseason without any physical setbacks.
Kemp is pain free three months after undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery, and is able to lift weights and do upper body work. Billingsley (torn elbow ligament), has improved nicely from platlet-rich plasma injections and appears to have avoided the scare of Tommy John surgery. Both are on track to be ready by spring training.
