According to Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post, though Adam LaRoche's preference is to re-sign with the Nationals, he is "talking to a few other teams".
LaRoche is still hopeful that he'll come to an agreement with the Nats but is keeping his options open in case he doesn't. He's seeking a three-year deal, but to this point the Nats have been unwilling to budge on their two-year offer. The Red Sox are one team rumored to have interest in LaRoche. That could grow more serious if they are unable to reach a suitable pact with Mike Napoli.
