Vernon Davis questionable for Arizona tilt

Vernon Davis (concussion) is questionable for Week 17 after getting in his second straight limited practice on Friday.
Most signs have pointed toward Davis suiting up for Sunday's regular season finale, but he's yet to receive final clearance. That will happen if and when he passes his "contact test." If he doesn't, Delanie Walker will be an intriguing plug-and-play tight end with the 49ers down to precious few options in the passing game. We ultimately expect Davis to suit up, and have him ranked as the No. 19 tight end for Week 17.
