Dodgers signed LHP Hyun-Jin Ryu to a six-year, $36 million contract.
The Dodgers won the negotiating rights to Ryu with a $25.7 million posting fee, so they'll be paying a total of $61.7 million for him. The Korean import should slot in as the team's No. 4 starter behind Clayton Kershaw, Zack Greinke and Josh Beckett, with a host of others vying for the No. 5 spot. Ryu posted a 2.80 ERA over seven seasons in the KBO.
