Cowboys DL Brent arrested for manslaughter

Cowboys DL Josh Brent was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of intoxicated manslaughter.
Teammate and practice squad OLB Jerry Brown was killed in the crash as the passenger in Brent's car. Brent reportedly was traveling at a high rate of speed then hit a curb and flipped his car. Brent was immediately taken to the hospital to have his blood drawn on the suspicion that alcohol was involved. After Brown was pronounced dead, Brent was then booked in Irving (TX) County jail at 4:14 AM on the charges. He did not travel with the team to Cincinnati, and his bond will be set as he appears before a judge at 10 AM local time on Sunday morning.
