Phils out on Madson, Angels the frontrunners?

Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com hears that Ryan Madson is unlikely to sign with the Phillies and things are "hot" between the reliever and the Angels.
Salisbury reported Friday that the Phils were interested in bringing Madson back in a setup role, but apparently there won't be a fit. The Angels have been linked to a multitude of relievers this winter and it appears that Madson might be at or near the top of the list. The righty seems likely to sign a one-year deal after missing 2012 following Tommy John surgery.
