Ryan Mathews rushed 15 times for 47 yards and caught four passes for 36 yards as the Chargers fell to Denver in Week 11.
Mathews didn't get a whole lot of help from his offensive line, but his running confidence has seemed shaky for much of the year. Seemingly overly concerned about ball security since an early-season, fumble-induced benching, Mathews has not made defenders miss like he used to and has generally looked like a pedestrian player on the field. He's settled in as a back-end RB2 and flex option only. The Chargers host the Ravens next.
