Alfred Morris: Stinger injury was over-blown
Alfred Morris - RB - Washington Redskins
Nov. 13, 2012 - 5:25 PM ET

Alfred Morris revealed that the shoulder injury sustained in Week 9 was a stinger, and "they blew it out of proportion on TV."

Morris missed five plays with the injury. "I came out because I didn't want to carry the ball and drop it," Morris explained. "With a stinger, you kind of go completely numb, and then it comes back. That's all it was." Morris practiced on Monday and is fully expected to start versus the Eagles in Week 11.
