The Denver Post's Mike Klis estimates that Peyton Manning (neck surgeries) closed out spring practices at "85-90 percent" after entering at "65 percent."
"He really came a long way in that four weeks," Klis tells PFT Live's Mike Florio. Although Klis is still "a little skeptical" that Manning will regain the final 10-15 percent from his MVP days with the Colts, the future Hall of Famer can still play effectively with below-average arm strength. Manning will be one of the NFL's most closely scrutinized players in training camp and exhibition action.
