It's Gregg Popovich, so this certainly could be smoke and mirrors to throw off the Jazz, but Parker did go through practice earlier this week and participated in shootaround prior to Wednesday's game. Obviously, Parker shouldn't be on any waiver wires and while it will be annoying to have him log DNPs here and there, he is one of the best point guards in fantasy basketball.
