Dion Waiters out at least a week, maybe more
Dion Waiters - G - Cleveland Cavaliers
March 19, 2013 - 4:55 PM ET

Dion Waiters (knee) will miss at least one week.

An MRI on Waiters' left knee revealed small loose cartilage fragment. He'll rest for a week and then be reevaluated. If Waiters isn't feeling better, he might have to undergo an arthroscopic procedure, which could potentially end his season. With Kyrie Irving also sidelined, the Cavs are scraping the bottom of the barrel in the backcourt. Shaun Livingston and Wayne Ellington will start, but C.J. Miles and Daniel Gibson will also be in the mix. There's not much fantasy upside left in Cleveland.
