Landry Fields took over at SF for Rudy Gay (back) on Saturday, scoring 15 points with seven rebounds, four assists, four steals and zero assists in 48 minutes.
Fields has been a forgotten man since the Raptors acquired Gay, and his numbers in 19 starts this season don't exactly scream 'underused' -- 5.1 points on 41.1 percent shooting, 5.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 turnovers in 25 minutes per game. And although he shot 40 percent from downtown as a rookie, Fields is a combined 1-of-11 from deep this season. He did need surgery to re-route a nerve in his shooting arm earlier this year, so we'll cut him some slack, but his fantasy value will evaporate overnight if Gay is healthy enough to suit up on Monday.
