Damian Lillard practices, will play Wednesday

Damian Lillard (hamstring) went through shootaround Wednesday and will play tonight against the Pacers.
Lillard skipped practice Tuesday, which was likely just a maintenance day for the likely Rookie of the Year. After playing 37 minutes Monday, it's understandable he might be a little sore at this point. Owners who worried he might finally take a night off have nothing worry about and should feel free starting him against Indiana.
