Ed Jovanovski needs surgery, done for season

Ed Jovanovski will have surgery on his ailing hip and will be sidelined for the rest of the season.
The hip has become a degenerative problem for Jovanovski, who reportedly even flew to Europe to seek treatment. He ended up playing just six games this season and it's clear his NHL career is entering its twilight period. Fantasy owners hanging on to him this year can move on.
