Phil Kessel enjoyed a three-point night in the Maple Leafs' 5-4 win over the Senators on Wednesday night.
Kessel didn't have a goal for the first 10 games of the season, but the skilled sniper now has six in 14 games. There's still room for upside here: Kessel ranks eighth in the league in shots on goal but he's scoring at just over a six percent rate. Even with the goal slump, he still has 20 points on the year. James van Riemsdyk and Tyler Bozak each had a goal and an assist. The other goal scorers were Nazem Kadri and Jay McClement. Dion Phaneuf chipped in with two helpers.
