Rick DiPietro gives up five, lasts one period

Rick DiPietro gave up five goals and lasted only one period for Bridgeport in his first game since being demoted.
Obviously no fantasy implications here, but with all the news he's made lately -- not to mention that pricey contract -- it was worth mentioning. He made only seven saves. DiPietro's due to get a good number of starts from here on out in the AHL, but not if he plays like this. Suffice to say, the climb is very steep for him to get back to the NHL.
