Rumors persist Canucks may move AHL team

Rumors are persisting that the Vancouver Canucks may move their AHL farm team to Abbotsford.
The Calgary Flames inked a 10-year deal with Abbotsford in 2009 but have allegedly been approached by Utica, N.Y. to move their franchise there. The Flames have denied the rumor but the Canucks, whose two-year deal with the Chicago Wolves expires at the end of this season, would love to have their affiliate so close to home. Stay tuned.
