Blue Jackets shut out on PP vs. Blackhawks
Todd Richards - C - Columbus Blue Jackets
Feb. 25, 2013 - 10:40 AM ET

The Columbus Blue Jackets were 0-for-5 on the power play in a 1-0 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday.

The Jackets have the league's third-worst power play at 12.3 percent and managed just one shot on goal over their final two power plays Sunday. "When you get tired your mind goes and your execution gets sloppy," coach Todd Richards said. "But that's when you have to bear down. That's when you don't cut corners." The Blue Jackets have the worst record in the league and have won just three times in the month of February.
