Blackhawks win 2-1, set NHL record

With a 2-1 win over the Sharks on Friday night, the Blackhawks made NHL history as the first team to earn a point in each of its first 17 games.
The Blackhawks, who are now 14-0-3 on the season, are heads and shoulders better than any team in the league right now. Even after going down late in the first, Chicago wasn't fazed, scoring once in each of the next two periods. Viktor Stalberg (fourth) and Brandon Saad (third) had the goals.
