Cody Goloubef scores first NHL goal

Defenseman Cody Goloubef scored his first NHL goal on Monday.
It was the fifth game for the former second round pick, including a game last season, as he was recalled on Feb. 4 from the minors, where he had 10 points and 28 penalty minutes in 21 AHL games. He suffered a broken hand earlier in the season but appears to be fully recovered. We cannot recommend him at this time as there should be better pick ups on the waiver wire.
