Bills signed fourth-round WR Marcus Easley to a four-year contract with a signing bonus near $520,000.
Easley has worked almost exclusively on the outside during spring practices, at times lining up opposite starter Lee Evans. Though James Hardy and Steve Johnson have the upperhand on the No. 2 spot, Easley can't be ruled out as a potential rookie starter. He has the size and playmaking ability to take advantage if the other two underwhelm.
