Dubinsky's happy to escape suspension

Brandon Dubinsky was happy to escape a suspension after boarding Kings defenseman Rob Scuderi on Tuesday.
Dubinsky was fined $10,000 for his actions following a disciplinary hearing. "You never know with these things," Dubinsky said. "It's a hard situation, a bad feeling to have. You're sort of at the mercy of the league. It's a helpless situation. I'm certainly happy with the outcome, and I'm glad the process is finished." Dubinsky has four points and 35 penalty minutes in 10 games this season.
