Sergei Bobrovsky was yanked on Thursday for the first time in his brief career with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Bobrovsky allowed three goals on 11 shots before being pulled. "Bobby's been great for us," Blue Jackets coach Todd Richards said. "But it was two-fold: Bobby needs to be better, but I needed to change it up to kind of shock the team." Bobrovsky now has a 2.97 GAA and .907 save percentage in five starts.
