Grab hold of job, Babcock tells Jakub Kindl

Jakub Kindl returned to the Detroit Red Wings lineup Friday night after missing three games with a groin injury.
The Wings have some injuries on defense, including Ian White (leg), so for Kindl, a former first-round pick who hasn't earned a regular role, there may never be a better chance to crack the lineup. "You have to grab hold of it," Babcock said. "(Kindl) has been in the organization what, about eight years, since we drafted him. You have to grab hold of it and hang on, or else you're not part of it."
